What We Do With Your Personal Data
This page sets out, in plain Pakistani English, what we collect when you open an account, how we store it, and the choices you keep over it. Read...
Your Rights Depend on Where You Live
Your privacy rights depend on where you live and on what local law permits, so we write this page to flex with your region rather than pretending one rule fits everyone. Where Pakistani law applies to your account, we follow the data-handling duties that come with serving supported regions; if you reach us from somewhere else, the stronger local requirement normally wins.
The core promise stays the same either way. You should always know what we hold, why we hold it, and how to ask us to correct or delete it. Where a province, regulator or national statute gives you a wider right than this page sets out, that wider right stands on its own. Message our team and we will point you to
the exact clause covering your situation, in language you can actually use.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
The Team Behind These Promises
Privacy work here is not a paragraph copied from elsewhere. A small internal team owns this page, checks it against what our systems actually do, and signs off every change before it...
Policy Owner
One named lead owns this document and answers for every clause. That person sits with our compliance and support teams each week to catch gaps before you find them.
Engineering Checks
Our engineers map each claim on this page to real system behaviour, from account creation through to deletion. If code and copy disagree, the copy gets fixed that week.
Wallet Flow Traces
Before JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast flows go live, we trace where every data field travels and record the result. Only the fields we need get stored.
Plain Wording
We draft in Pakistani English, then read it back the way a customer would. If a sentence needs a legal dictionary to make sense, we rewrite it until it does not.
Retention Schedule
We keep account records only as long as a rule or a genuine business need requires, then delete or anonymise them on a fixed timetable rather than holding them forever.
Change Control
Every edit to this page carries a date and a one-line reason. You can see what moved and when, which keeps us honest about the promises we publish.
One Set of Rules Across Our Pages
The words on this page match the words on every other page we publish about your account. We keep one vocabulary, one set of definitions and one promise...
The Layout Inside This Page
We built this page so you can find an answer without reading every line. Short blocks, clear headings and plain lists do the heavy lifting. Scroll once and...
